Your local IT team in Kuşadası
A team that knows the digital side of your business up close
Kodsis is a local IT team in Kuşadası that builds and looks after the digital systems businesses rely on every day. We bring the experience we have gained in the industry since 2003 together under the Kodsis name.
From network and Wi-Fi to servers and backup, from cyber security to smart building and hotel systems, from cloud PBX to web and software, we take care of all the connected pieces in one place. So when something goes wrong, nobody says "that's not our job" – you always know who to call.
Working with hotels and other businesses across the region, our goal is simple: your systems keep running, and you stay focused on your business.
One accountable local team
When the network comes from one company, the server from another and the website from a third, problems fall through the cracks. We set these pieces up together, monitor them together and own them together. Being based in Kuşadası, we can be on site quickly when needed, and we document everything we do and hand it over in plain language.
Timelines depend on project scope; we agree on a clear schedule at our first meeting.
How we work
We listen first: we review your business and existing systems on site, and agree on needs and a clear schedule at our first meeting.
We build to plan: we install and configure with minimal disruption to your business, documenting every step.
We stay with you: maintenance, monitoring and support keep your systems running, and we're reachable 24/7 for critical systems.
