What We Do in a Hotel TV Project
A hotel TV project is more than mounting a TV on the wall. We first review the needs of the rooms and common areas and the existing antenna/satellite and network infrastructure on site. Then we choose the right model and screen size for each room together (43, 50, 55, 65 and 75 inches in the HBU800 series; 43, 50, 65 and 75 inches in the HU800 series).
During installation, we mount and cable the TVs and configure them in hospitality mode. If channels are to be delivered over IPTV, we also prepare the required network infrastructure, working alongside our Network Management and Infrastructure Services. Samsung's central management solutions such as LYNK Cloud, with a supported model and a separately purchased licence, let you manage the channel list, welcome content and basic device settings from one place. If smart hotel automation is also planned, we cover both systems in the same site survey.

Yes. Our own team installs the cabling and network configuration needed for IPTV. We review your existing network during the survey and upgrade it if needed as part of our network infrastructure service. The channel source and delivery method are planned according to your hotel's setup.
On supported models, Samsung LYNK Cloud lets you remotely manage the channel list, programme guide, welcome content and basic settings such as power and volume. LYNK Cloud requires a separate licence. The management method varies by model and is planned during the survey.
It depends on the model. Samsung lists Google Cast support on the HU800 series, and some regional models also include Apple AirPlay. We confirm which method your chosen model supports during the survey.
