Frequently Asked Questions

Server services are infrastructure services provided to businesses to ensure data storage, web hosting, application management, and the uninterrupted operation of business processes. A robust server infrastructure ensures data security and accessibility, enhances business continuity, and prevents performance losses.

Physical servers refer to physical hardware dedicated to a single business. They offer higher performance and security but are more expensive. Virtual servers (VPS) are created by virtualizing a physical server and dividing it to serve multiple users. They offer flexibility, cost advantages, and quick setup.

  • Determine your business's data and traffic needs.
  • Consider server reliability and uptime rates.
  • Choose a service provider that offers backup and data recovery solutions.
  • Ensure that technical support and customer service are fast and accessible.
  • Opt for an infrastructure that offers security measures (firewall, DDoS protection, etc.).

Kodsis Informatics provides high-performance and reliable server services with solutions tailored to your business. Our expert team provides configurations to meet your needs, regular backups, advanced security measures, and 24/7 technical support.
